LA LUCIDITÀ DELL’ESPERIENZA
Alla prossima 29.BI-MU, uno dei “protagonisti” nello stand di Precitrame Machines SA sarà la nuova Cyberpolish Serie T, che arricchisce la serie Cyberpolish 600 di macchine lucidatrici con il nuovo modello 640T.
Con utensili abrasivi e logistica adattabile, le macchine Cyberpolish 600 possono eseguire tutti i tipi di finitura mediante rettifica a nastro, lucidatura e finitura. La serie Cyberpolish 600 è stata sviluppata specificamente per applicazioni nell’ambito degli orologi, dell’elettronica, delle apparecchiature medicali, della rubinetteria e degli elettrodomestici, per la lavorazione di pezzi medio-piccoli fino a 2 kg.
Cyberpolish 600 è una nuova soluzione robotizzata per la prelavorazione e la finitura di pezzi con geometrie dalle più semplici alle più complesse. Grazie alle modalità di funzionamento automatica e manuale, la serie Cyberpolish 600 è in grado di adattarsi a tutti i processi produttivi. Il software di inseguimento del percorso consente di raggiungere il massimo livello di finitura e qualità per quanto riguarda la geometria dei pezzi.
Con la sua nuova interfaccia di lavorazione molto pratica, la serie Cyberpolish 600 offre un utilizzo semplice e veloce, consentendo all’operatore di focalizzarsi sulla produzione dei propri manufatti, senza bisogno di competenze avanzate in robotica. Le ingegnose funzioni di parametrizzazione e l'integrazione del modello 3D del pezzo direttamente dal software CAD accorciano i tempi di approntamento e quelli di cambio lavoro fra un pezzo e l'altro.
PRODUTTIVITÀ E QUALITÀ
Con le macchine a trasferta della serie Cyberpolish T esposte a 29. BI-MU, Precitrame Machines SA presenta la propria competenza in due campi di eccellenza, con una macchina che unisce produttività elevata e alta qualità nelle lavorazioni di finitura.
Cyberpolish T propone una struttura lineare con un numero di stazioni fino a cinque, in modo che si possano combinare tutte le operazioni di finitura, con rettifica a nastro, feltratura, lucidatura e tamponatura. A seconda dell’applicazione, la lavorazione può essere eseguita a bagno o sottovuoto.
Il software CyberMotion mette a disposizione una soluzione completa grazie alla quale gli operatori si possono concentrare sulle loro competenze specifiche. In particolare il software effettua il tracciamento della traiettoria con modalità avanzate e controllo in produzione. Creazione delle traiettorie, simulazione, impostazione e controllo in produzione possono essere effettuati attraverso un’unica interfaccia.
FLESSIBILITÀ E PRECISIONE
“Innovazione, flessibilità e precisione nelle lavorazioni sono i nostri punti di forza,” sottolinea Vincenzo Bonavoglia parlando della gamma di macchine a trasferta della sua azienda. Le macchine a trasferta hanno una base modulare, con piattaforme e configurazioni molto flessibili, per la produzione in serie di circa 600-800 mila pezzi all’anno, lavorando su un “cubo” con un lato massimo di 60 mm di qualsiasi materiale: alluminio, leghe di ottone, acciaio, bronzo, titanio. La quarta generazione della serie MTR312 è una categoria speciale di macchine a trasferta rotative CNC per la produzione di componenti meccanici di piccole e medie dimensioni, concepita per la massima precisione nel settore delle telecomunicazioni e nell'industria orologiaia. Queste macchine possono produrre fino a 10.000 pezzi al giorno. Dotate di CNC Fanuc 30i, nella configurazione standard sono provviste di 9-10 unità di lavorazione a tre assi, con controllo UV160-3. La rigidità elevata assicura prestazioni e precisione notevoli, con velocità di avanzamento dell’utensile fino a 20 m/min.

With abrasive tools and adaptable logistic, the Cyberpolish 600 machines are able to carry out all kinds of finishing by belt-grinding, polishing, and finishing. The Cyberpolish 600 Series was developed especially for applications in the domains of watch industry, electronics, medical equipment, armatures and household appliances, for the machining from small to medium-sized parts up to 2 kg.
Cyberpolish 600 Series is a new, robot-steered solution for the premachining and finishing of workpieces with easy to highly complicated geometries. With the automatic or manual operating mode, Cyberpolish 600 Series is easily able to adapt itself to all production processes. With a pathway follow-up software, you achieve the highest level of finish and quality regarding the outline geometry of your workpieces.
With its new, practically oriented production interface, Cyberpolish 600 Series is quick and easy to use, so that users can focus on the production of their own products, as no advanced robotics expertise is requested. The ingenious parameterization functions and the integration of the 3D model of the workpiece straight from the CAD software shorten the run up time and the switch-over time on parts change clearly.

With the Cyberpolish T Series transfer machines, exhibited at 29. BI-MU, Precitrame Machines SA brings together its expertise in two fields of excellence, within a machine that combines high productivity and machining quality for finishing operations.
The Cyberpolish T Series provides a linear concept for up to five stations, enabling it to combine all the finishing operations, such as belt grinding, felting, polishing and buffing in a single machine. Depending on the application, the work can be carried out in a wet or vacuum environment.
The CyberMotion software provides a complete solution, allowing users to concentrate on their professional knowledge. This solution offers trajectory tracking with advanced modes and production control. Trajectory creation, simulation, setting and production control can be performed on a single interface.
FLEXIBILITY AND PRECISION
“Innovation, machining flexibility and precision are our key strengths,” says Vincenzo Bonavoglia, talking about the portfolio of transfer machines of the Swiss company. Transfer machines feature a modular base, thanks to really flexible platforms and setups, ensuring series production of approximately 600-800 thousand pieces/year, working on a “cube” of maximum 60 mm per side and with any kind of materials: aluminum, brass alloys, steel, bronze, titanium. The fourth generation of MTR312 series is a special category of CNC rotary transfer machines used for the production of small and medium-sized mechanical components, ensuring high precision and conceived for the telecommunication and watchmaking industries.
