Grazie al recente sviluppo nel settore dei centri di lavoro a 5 assi serie HF, HELLER sta imponendo nuovi standard in questa tipologia di lavorazioni: la serie è quindi la logica espansione della gamma di prodotti HELLER nel settore delle macchine a 5 assi. In sintesi, parliamo di un’unità altamente produttiva, dall’impiego flessibile, facile da comandare e da sottoporre a manutenzione, disponibile con scambiatore pallet o con carico diretto sulla tavola. Nella serie HF il quinto asse si trova nel pezzo. La rigidità è ottenuta mediante un basamento stabile della macchina in ghisa in combinazione a un supporto della macchina in acciaio, ottimizzato in termini di peso.
Il nucleo fondamentale del concetto di azionamento dinamico sono gli assi lineari con guide a rulli, che sono azionate mediante viti a ricircolo di sfere. La tavola rotante NC è equipaggiata con 2 assi rotanti ad azionamento diretto e mantiene inalterata la propria rigidità, nonostante le elevate sollecitazioni, grazie a un perno rotante in connessione con un cuscinetto YRT. In breve: la macchina HF è equipaggiata perfettamente per la produzione e, pertanto, è, a detta degli esperti HELLER, il centro di produzione ideale per la realizzazione di pezzi complessi. Va ricordato che il 2019 è un anno molto speciale per HELLER: 125 anni fa, Hermann Heller, a soli 25 anni, fondò una piccola azienda artigianale a Nürtingen, nella regione del Baden-Württemberg, ponendo le basi dell’attuale azienda a conduzione familiare, che ripercorre quindi una storia ricca di tradizione.
