Leader di mercato per la produzione e commercializzazione di componenti, sistemi e strumenti per la movimentazione, HIWIN ha messo a disposizione della Regione Lombardia una somma di 30.000 euro per fronteggiare la lotta contro il virus Covid-19 con l’obiettivo di contribuire a rafforzare le strutture di terapia intensiva e supportare il personale sanitario che ha lavorato duramente ed instancabilmente per settimane, per garantire la sicurezza e la salute dei cittadini italiani.
Un gesto di responsabilità che la multinazionale taiwanese ritiene necessario attuare nei confronti delle comunità in cui opera e, in particolare, a sostegno di quella parte della popolazione italiana che a oggi è stata maggiormente colpita.
HIWIN non è l’unica realtà taiwanese a essere vicina alla popolazione italiana: il governo di Taiwan si è impegnato a donare un totale di 10 milioni di maschere chirurgiche al mondo. Inoltre, i cittadini taiwanesi in sei giorni hanno donato oltre 4,58 milioni di euro al sacerdote italiano Giuseppe Didone, che ha trascorso lavorando oltre 50 anni a Taiwan, per aiutare l’Italia ad acquistare articoli essenziali nella lotta contro il virus.
Essendo Taiwan il paese più vicino alla Cina, a oggi sono stati registrati pochi casi di virus Covid-19: questo risultato è stato raggiunto grazie alla collaborazione di tutti i cittadini di Taiwan e del team di Taiwan National Mask. Con oltre 100 tecnici di 26 produttori che si sono offerti volontari, hanno infatti aumentato la capacità produttiva giornaliera di maschere da 4 a 13 milioni in sole 6 settimane anziché 6 mesi.
Taiwan National Masks, è stata in grado di costruire linee produttive automatiche per la produzione di mascherine che utilizzano al loro interno anche prodotti meccatronici HIWIN, membro chiave all’interno del team.
Nel 2013, HIWIN ha deciso di esse presente in Italia, di crescere in e con l’Italia. Fino a oggi, HIWIN Italia ha investito continuamente e lavorato duramente insieme ai suoi 150 dipendenti per offrire i migliori prodotti e servizi di motion control e system technology.

HIWIN is not the only Taiwanese reality being close to Italian population, the government of Taiwan has pledged to donate a total of 10 million surgical masks to the world. Besides, Taiwanese people in 6 days have donated more than 4,58 million euros to Italian father Giuseppe Didone who has spent over 50 years working in Taiwan to help Italy purchase essential items in the fight against the virus.
