A EMO Milano – padiglione 7, stand C10 D05 –, GF Machining Solutions presenta alcune anteprime mondiali per diverse tecnologie, all’insegna del suo motto “La tua esperienza - le nostre soluzioni”. Diverse serie di macchine collaudate sono state infatti adattate alle esigenze dei clienti.
Una delle anteprime mondiali proposta è una nuova fresatrice all’interno della serie P. Questa soluzione, scalabile, presenta i vantaggi che i clienti conoscono dalla MILL P 800 U, ma con un layout ridotto, adatto all’automazione, e un ingombro contenuto.
Nel campo dell’elettroerosione, tre funzionalità vengono rese disponibili sulla nuova generazione di macchine per elettroerosione a filo: l’ISPS, Intelligent Spark Protection System, iWire e Uniqua.
Nella nuova serie di macchine per elettroerosione a filo, presentate per la prima volta in EMO, è disponibile una quarta funzionalità, Turbo Tech, ancor più rapida della tecnologia di velocità esistente.
L’azienda è presente anche con le soluzioni System 3R al padiglione 7, stand F22 G25.
Customer-centric innovations
At EMO Milano 2021, GF Machining Solutions will present some world premieres in different technologies, according to its motto “Your experience - our solutions”. Several proven machine series have been adapted to customers' needs.
One of the world premieres at the EMO will be a new Milling machine inside the P series. This scalable solution will have the advantages that customers know from the MILL P 800 U, but with a reduced layout suited for automation and a smaller footprint.
In the field of EDM, three features will be available on the new generation of wire cutting EDM machines: the Intelligent Spark Protection System (ISPS), iWire and Uniqua.
In the new series of wire-cutting EDM machines, presented at the EMO for the first time, a fourth feature will be available, Turbo Tech, which will be faster than the existing speed technology.
