Con una moderna sede di 2.200 metri quadrati edificata nel 2000 e una decina di collaboratori tecnici, Bieffe Attrezzeria (bieffetools.it) mè una realtà industriale conosciuta in Italia e all’estero e apprezzata per la qualità degli utensili e delle attrezzature speciali che realizza per i più svariati tipi di macchine utensili. L’unità produttiva è dotata di macchine per le lavorazioni di precisione ed è strutturata con centro metrologico e reparto prove meccaniche. La capacità creativa della società è testimoniata da una serie di soluzioni applicative raccolte a titolo dimostrativo nello showroom permanente allestito all’interno della sede.
La particolarità dell’offerta dell’attrezzeria piemontese è stata, fin da subito, quella di non puntare sulle grandi serie, quanto sulla produzione di utensili e attrezzature speciali: “Abbiamo deciso di privilegiare la qualità piuttosto che la quantità. Fornire semplicemente utensili e attrezzature non è mai stato il nostro business. Noi progettiamo e realizziamo soluzioni su misura partendo delle specifiche esigenze dei nostri clienti”, sottolinea Paolo Borelli, titolare e fondatore di Bieffe Attrezzeria. Il portafoglio prodotti offerto è composto da utensili speciali in HSS e metallo duro integrale e saldobrasato, sistemi di bloccaggio, attrezzature meccaniche di precisione, pinze di presa pezzo a espansione, brocce, portautensili speciali costruiti a disegno e altri utensili particolari.

With modern 2,200-square-meter facilities built in 2000 and approximately 10 engineers, Bieffe Attrezzeria is an industrial organization known in Italy and abroad, appreciated for the quality of tools and special equipment designed for different types of machine tools. The production unit is equipped with machines for precision operations, including a metrology center and a department for mechanical tests. The company’s creative skills are proved by a number of application solutions collected in the permanent showroom installed inside the company’s headquarters.
The offer of the Italian Piedmont-based company is not focused on large series, but rather on the production of special tools and equipment. This is the peculiarity of their offer. “We have decided to privilege quality rather than quantity. Simply providing customers with tools and equipment has never been our business. We design and develop custom solutions starting from specific customer needs”, says Paolo Borelli, owner and founder of Bieffe Attrezzeria. The product range includes special HSS, integral hard-metal and braze-welded tools, workpiece clamping systems, high-precision tooling and mechanical equipment, clamping collets, broaches, special tool-holders made to drawing and other special tools.
